Organized place! With a great standard!! I've been to visit and also for work! Easy access, good location, very quiet and the leisure area is wonderful!

Great neighborhood to live in or even stroll around, it has a sports area and an excellent playground for you and your family or friends. A little busy at certain times due to colleges but always monitored by security guards.

I like the neighborhood, good leisure and sports area. I didn't like the streets, they were long and some had unnecessary curves, an example is the entrance to Fasipe College. Entry is not easy at all.
